TBF Signs Cooperative Research Agreement with the University of Costa Rica

The Billfish Foundation and the University of Costa Rica have recently signed a cooperative research agreement to conduct a study analyzing the economic impact of sportfishing in Costa Rica. This study will be similar to the recently completed economic study done by TBF in the Los Cabos region of Baja California Sur, Mexico.
